after defeating all 4 bosses, the fairy told you that if you didn’t find 32 small medal yet (the shiny things on the road you collected on the way), you should go and find them afterward. Basically you just need 32 small medals for the topaz which you can exchange at the eastern castle. It can unlock the final sex scene ( I guess), After defeating the final boss, the fairy did mention that this was the end of the game, all you need to do now is finding 32 small medals if you don’t have them yet. Hence, I think this is the end of the game. Maybe the game didn’t have a ending credit because the creator wants you be able to come back to the first forest to watch all CGs again. Note that, the door in the castle which gives you the air balloon, the one blocks you from entering the stair to the underground, it did say something like “because you got a air balloon now, so this entrance is blocked. Maybe you can unlock this door by talking to it first before you talk to the Bishop to get the air balloon. I didn’t have time to test this yet, but I think it’s just the shortcut to the eastern castle which also has a locked door which blocks you from the underground entrance.
