Even though the game is in English, you might have to set your computer language to Japanese for it to run. You do this in Windows 7/8 by going to Control Panel -> Language and Region -> Change Location -> The Administrative Tab, and set System Locale to Japanese. Then reboot. After you play the game go to the same spot, put it back to your country of origin (United States if you’re in the US) and you’re back to normal. In my experience the game won’t play without doing this.

NOTE : You must run the game by Applocale How to Install Applocale on Windows 7

    Whenever I try to open the game a black box that says live player appears. I have my local set to Japanese and I used applocale.

      i managed to overcome that, you need to copy the entire folder “lagoon lounge 2” and move it into a folder with no Symbols or japanese Characters
      You extracted the files and the OS created the exact same japenese characters like the compressef file, somehow because of that it cant open it.
      If you have Windows it should work, i have W10.

      I can start the game now but i cant move one like above post

      I somewhat recognize the issue like back then with Himitsuri no lagoon, but i can’t remeber what i did the bypass that.

      tried with applocal and japanese region on OS both and none workd so far 🙁
